Yes, we offer complete custom packages and a range of extended services based on the client's or project's needs. Generally, we can assist with all types of digital marketing-related help i.e. media buying, social media management, video editing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and more. If a client's need goes far beyond our expertise then we seamlessly collaborate with our strategic partners (e.g.: clients need help with accounting). To start we will need a signed proposal, a service agreement, and a deposit based on finalized terms.
Most projects of profile enhancement/ improvement end in 14 days however in most cases the client needs help with a new type of challenge or needs consistent support from us. Then, the next phase starts whether it be in a project mode or a retainer mode.

Again we highly value client relationships and communication. That’s why we do weekly or bi-weekly meetings (depending on client/ project need) and maintain transparent communication to keep the clients updated. This with all other efforts keeps almost all the clients with us, working on more one-time or retainers projects. Plus the referral rate is very high because of long-term client relationships.
Our hybrid mix model of Do For You (DFY) and Do With You (DWY) ensures an optimized collaborative process. So we are collaboratively working to create and improve the profile and all necessary brand elements for you. This keeps an active feedback loop and ensures the delivery of satisfactory results every time. Also, clients believe in our implementation expertise since we keep all their goals, opinions, and feedback in mind from day 1.
Our usual policy for billing for one-time projects is 50% of the project cost paid upfront before the start of the project and remaining in weekly or monthly installments before the end of the project.
The policy for billing for retainer projects is 100% at the start of the month of each billing cycle.
